Producing Sustainability
Alueuropa's #RE line, which stands for "Reduce, Recycle, Reuse," reflects our commitment to sustainable production. Our first smelter processes 25,000 tons per year, and with the expansion we will add 55,000 more, reaching 80,000 tons, reinforcing our leadership in aluminum recycling and environmentally friendly practices.

Scrap metal is alive!
We collect post-consumer and process scrap metal.

Fire!
The operator feeds the scrap into the furnace, ensuring an even load for efficient melting.

It's cooking!
The furnace reaches temperatures NEAR 1000 °C, the melting point of aluminum, converting solid scrap into liquid aluminum.

We'll stick with the good stuff.
During smelting, impurities and slag are removed from the liquid aluminum, ensuring the purity of the recycled material.
05.
We have liquid aluminum!
The molten aluminum is poured into molds to form billets, blocks that will serve as the basis for the manufacture of new profiles.
06.
Shaping the billet
The billets are cooled in a controlled manner to solidify and acquire the desired mechanical properties.
07.
New old billets
Once cooled, the recycled billets are removed for further processing.

We customize them and that's it!
The billets are cut according to the required specifications and stamped with the Alueuropa name and the recycled aluminum line '#RE', guaranteeing quality and sustainability.
