ALUEUROPA, S.A. uses the domain"marketing@alueuropa.com" for its e-mails. If you receive an email with a different format, for example: grupochamartin@marketing.com, you can be sure that it is a fake email.

Some phishing emails contain links to websites that use the word " ALUEUROPA, S.A." in their URL, but will direct you to a completely different website. If you hover your mouse over the link, you will see the associated URL, which will likely be in a different format than those linked on authentic ALUEUROPA, S.A. websites.

If you still click on a phishing email and are redirected to a page that resembles "To Your Account" or any page that asks you to verify or modify your personal information, ignore it and consider it fraudulent.

REPORT PHISHING ATTEMPTS
Send an email to marketing@alueuropa.com and attach the email you believe to be fake. By providing us with this information you are helping us to trace its origin.

If you cannot attach the fake e-mail, forward it to marketing@alueuropa.com and include as much information about it as possible.
