In September 2017, ALUEUROPA acquired 100% of the shares in ISOPERFIL, a company located in the province of Segovia, where it currently has two aluminum extrusion presses, a vertical lacquering plant, a thermal break assembly line, and another wood lacquering line.
The factory is now operating at full capacity, working 24 hours a day, after completing expansion work with the construction of a 3,000 m² warehouse and installing a second 1,800-ton extrusion press.
On the other hand, and continuing with the planned expansion plan, in July of this year, the production unit of the company "EXTRUPERFIL" was acquired, located in Dos Hermanas (Seville), where there is a 50,000 m² facility, of which 30,000 m² are covered, It also has two extrusion presses of 2,500 and 1,800 tons, two lacquering plants, two wood lacquering lines, a thermal break assembly line, and a stock of 4,500 dies. It is expected to become operational in January 2019.
From 2004 to 2015, ALUEUROPA did not make any significant investments, and the three acquisitions it has made in the last three years (Logroño, Segovia, and Seville) were carried out under very advantageous conditions, according to Marta Colino, Managing Director of ALUEUROPA, who also explained that "these investments will give us a production capacity of 55,000 tons per year, which makes us one of the European leaders in the sector, as we have nine extrusion presses, six thermal break assembly lines, five lacquering lines, four wood lacquering lines, and nearly 26,000 dies for our commercial development."
"Over the next two years, we want to consolidate our production capacity across our four factories, continue to increase our international presence, mainly in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, to maintain our export percentage above 65%, and, above all, focus particularly on supporting our customers so that they can position themselves as strongly as possible in terms of future architectural project specifications."
