Alueuropa has 11 extrusion presses, with capacities ranging from 1,600 to 4,000 tons, enabling an annual production capacity of over 72,000 tons. This industrial infrastructure enables the manufacture of profiles weighing between 100 g/m and 20 kg/m, and sections up to 470 × 50 mm.

Production is carried out using aluminum alloys suitable for each application, selected according to the technical and regulatory requirements of each project.

Thanks to the experience accumulated over more than 40 years in the sector, Alueuropa specializes in the manufacture of industrial profiles for different sectors, tailoring each development to the functional and production needs of the customer.

The extrusion presses are configured to ensure process stability, dimensional accuracy, and high efficiency. This industrial capacity is backed by extrusion quality certifications in accordance with UNE 38-066-89 and NF A 50-710 standards.
