Thermal break

Our thermal break systems are assembled using processes that combine precision and automation, guaranteeing a result that complies with European Standard EN 14024 and QB, which regulates the mechanical bond between aluminum and polyamide and ensures its thermal and structural performance.

We have six RPT lines capable of assembling profiles ranging from 40 to 250 mm, using technical polyamides from 9 to 77 mm (PA66 GF25). These capabilities allow us to cover everything from residential carpentry to solutions for highly demanding projects.

The incorporation of RPT reduces the thermal transmittance of the profiles by more than 25% compared to systems without breaks, in accordance with accredited tests and the requirements of the CTE (Technical Building Code) and the European Energy Efficiency Directive. This translates into greater interior comfort and lower energy demand.

In addition, thermal separation allows different finishes to be combined on the interior and exterior, offering aesthetic solutions such as a wood finish on the interior without affecting the durability of the exterior lacquer or anodizing.
